G.W.V.A. THANKS CLUB GIRLS FOR SUCCESS OF DANCE
The local branch of the G.W.V.A. wish to publicly express their thank to the girls of the G.B.C.-X.Y.Z. Club for the manner in which they handled the G.W.V.A. dance on Armistice night. The dance was without question the most successful of the year, if not the entire social period of the city, and the way in which everything went over without a hitch, and the satisfied attitude of the crowd attending is perhaps the best indication of the praise which the girls of this club deserve. To these expressions the G.W.V.A. adds its voice, and we hope that we may at some time in the future be able to reciprocate in part at least, for the trouble and work which the girls of the club went to, in order to make the evening of November 11th one to be remembered in Cranbrook.
