CRANBROOK HATCHERY FRY PLANTED NEAR GOLDEN.

            C.H. Robinson, of Nelson, Dominion fisheries inspector, accompanied by E.T. Cooper, who has charge of the fish hatchery at Cranbrook, arrived in Golden on Monday morning with 30,000 Kamloops trout fry which were deposited in Canyon Creek lake, Cedar lakes, Wait-a-Bit lake and the Blackwater lakes.  Mr. Robinson wished to express his sincere thanks to the fishermen of this district for their cooperation in the planting of these fry, which all were placed in good condition.  [Golden Star]
