Art Bowman

Art Bowman at Tete Jaune. Cuffs worn by Art were quite common to cowboys between 1890 and 1920. They protected the shirt sleeves from wearing out as well as providing protection against rope burns. Art came to Tete Jaune approx 1927 from Edmonton, homesteaded and worked for the highways dept in the middle 1960s and died 1970.
