Stewart House
Abandoned Bill Stewart's house, later Gordon Udell's, on site of Arnold Wied's house. Reg Udell commented: Lived in this house from 1954 til 1962. It had sawdust banking around it, two furnaces in the living room and a big wood stove with a reservoir in the kitchen. We never found water near the house, so always had an outhouse. Did get a telephone on a party line not long before we moved out. Joe Belanger and the Bloms were our neighbours.
