Cranbrook Architecture - Paterson Residence
The E. Paterson home built in 1912 is located at 305 - 12th Avenue South (Garden Avenue), and was one of a few Cranbrook homes actually designed by an architect. It remains stately, surrounded by a large and beautifully landscaped yard.

Built by Harry White sometime before 1904, the house is located at the extreme south end of 10th Avenue (Norbury Avenue) and can be seen all the way from Baker Street downtown. The actual location is 913 4th Street South.
