Description:
The SS Rossland was designed by Captain Troup for the Canadian Pacific B.C. Lake and River Service. The ship was built in Nakusp in 1897 and was thought to be the fastest of all the steamships running the interior lakes and rivers. The Rossland finally sunk at her mooring at Nakusp in December 1916.
