Yahk Logging Flume

A logging flume in Yahk, BC. Bill Smyth fell in this flume one time in 1920 and was lucky to get out alive. Notice the log decks, water control gate and workers with pike poles feeding the logs through the gate.

Skidding Logs to a Log Deck
