Description:
The E. Paterson home, 305 12th Avenue South (aka Garden Ave), Cranbrook, B.C. Designed by architect F. Rossiter, it was built in 1912 by the firm of Baker and Bamfield. Dr. G. L. McKinnon was also resident there until 1972.
