Description:
The E.H. Patmore home, built in 1909 is located on the corner of 11th Avenue South (Fenwick Avenue) and 4th Street at the southern limits of where the city was located in that year. It was considered city limits until 1954. Note some very interesting exterior trim and the rare triple column corner groups.
