OLD TIMER RETURNS. –

Cranbrook was paid a visit this week from an old time resident in the person of A.C. Smith, who many years ago was connected with Sam Mighton’s cigar and tobacco store, and later with Lester Clapp for several years before the latter disposed of the business to Cameron & Sang.  Mr. Smith has just returned from a visit to his boyhood home in Nova Scotia where he had not been in over thirty years.  He is still interested with Harry Gamble and Elliott Crowe in the wholesale and retail tobacco business at Trail, but he spends a good deal of his time at the coast.  His many old friends here were glad to see him.
