Moyie Autoists

MOYIE  (From our own correspondent)

            Mr. Fred Sandberg of Wycliffe and Mr. and Mrs. Johnson met with an accident just west of Moyie Wednesday afternoon, when one of the wheels of his car struck a rock and was broken.  Fortunately no one was injured.  Mr. Johnson and family took the train in the afternoon for the home in Wycliffe.

            Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Foote and son, Master Chrissie, of Kimberley, accompanied by Miss C. Demster of Picher Creek, Alta., motored down to Moyie Sunday, the guests of Mr. and Mrs. R.A. Smith while here.  On returning in the evening the party was accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Smith as far as Cranbrook.

            Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Sylvester motored up to Kimberley on Sunday in order to attend the opening of the new Catholic church there.
