ANNUAL MEETING

            The Annual Meeting of the Yellowhead Pass Lumber Co., was held in Cranbrook on Tuesday afternoon, at which the annual election of officers took place.

            The following officers were elected –

                        A. Carney, President

                        Lester Clapp, Vice-President

                        Joseph Ryan, Secretary

            The directors will be elected at a meeting to be held later.

            The company owns 78 Timber stretches in the Yellow-head Pass Country; 30 of which has been sold for the sum of $50,000 on which deal $10,000 has been paid.  The remaining 48 stretches are still held by the company.
