Two new business enterprises seem due for starting out in the city before long, which seems to indicate that there are some people who are willing to take a chance in regard to the future of the city.  One is a second moving picture house, which will be put up on a site already decided upon on Norbury Avenue.  This enterprise is understood to be backed by a number of local men, and a good deal of capital is going into the venture in the form of a good building and equipment to match.  Another venture in the shape of a new refreshment parlor and store is understood to be going to commence operations in the building recently disposed of by Mr. R.J. Binning and at present occupied by him.
