Former Lethbridge Herald editor goes to Frank to spend day with Mr. Simpson.

ANOTHER BUSINESS CHANGE. –

A deal was completed this week whereby the Cranbrook Co-operative Store has disposed of the grocery department to J. Manning.  Mr. Manning has rented the first story of the building now occupied as a furniture store and will take possession the morning of the 20th.  The furniture stock will be moved into the corner store and the Co-operative company will thus have their entire stock under one roof.  The corner building will be repainted and otherwise improved and in the future the company will confine their attention to the dry goods, clothing, gents furnishing and furniture trade.  Mr. Manning has had years of experience in the grocery trade in Cranbrook and that he will make a success of his new venture is an assured fact, and the many patrons of the store will find him as courteous and accommodating as ever.
