Cafe & Re-decoration

Mr. George Anton formerly of the Club Café is now opening on Saturday his new place of business in the Cosmopolitan Hotel.  It will be known as the Victoria Café.  With the addition of this new and up to date café to the number of dining rooms and cafes in Cranbrook one will have nothing to be ashamed of.  Mr. Anton is determined to maintain the enviable reputation that he has for conducting first class restaurants.

            The owners of the Cosmopolitan hotel are making a great change in the appearance of the hotel through the addition of paint on the outside and wall paper on the inside.  That portion formerly the bar and barber shop has been transformed into an up to date café.  The interior is finished in gray, giving a very pleasant effect.  The sleeping rooms have also all been re-decorated.  This together with the addition of the café should make the Cosmopolitan an attractive place to stay.  George will be at home to his friends on Saturday.
