W.A. DRAYTON BUYS HARRY BARR RANCH.

Quite an important land deal was made in this district recently, when the Harry Barr ranch near Wasa was purchased by W.A. Drayton of Fort Steele.  The ranch comprises some 640 acres, of which some 380 acres are under cultivation, and practically all of this is under irrigation.  The late Harry Barr was one of the most progressive ranchers in this part of the country and prior to his death in December 1932 had the place well improved with some three miles of irrigated ditch and flume, sawmill, gristmill, good buildings and well stocked with cattle and horses.  The property was sold by Mrs. Barr, widow of the late Harry Barr, but the amount of money involved in the deal has not been made public.
