Armouries

DANCING AND MUSIC – Mrs. Van Braam holds classes for branches of dancing at her residence.  Pianoforte.  Pupils passed for all examinations.

Work is progressing favourably on the addition being built for the Armouries building on Van Horne street.  The framework is up and boarded in, and the whole structure is being rushed to completion by A.E. Jones, the contractor.

TABLE OIL CLOTH – yardage and individual cloths – importation to hand this week.  New and attractive colorings and patterns – J.D. McBRIDE.

Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Wilson and Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Little motored to Spokane Wednesday in connection with the special Chamber of Commerce dinner there.

Mr. and Mrs. H.A. McKowan left yesterday morning by car for Spokane where Mr. McKowan will attend the Spokane Chamber of Commerce dinner.  They will continue to Vancouver later in the week and expect to return to Cranbrook some time next week.
