PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER HEALTH BY-LAW

Pursuant to the Health By-Law No. 9 of the City of Cranbrook, notice is hereby given that all owners, tenants and occupants of lands, houses or premises within the City, shall clean the said premises  and remove all rubbish and noxious, offensive or unwholesome matter from their premises and the lanes adjoining, on or before the 20th day of April, 1907.

 

Any person refusing or neglecting to obey this notice, may be fined $100.00 and costs or two months imprisonment with hard labor.

 

No further notification is necessary to substantiate a prosecution.

 

Dated this 10th day of April, 1907.

 

By Order Local Board of Health and F.W. Connolly,

                                                                                    Medical Health Officer.
