PROVINCIAL NOTES. –
Because Doukhobors are accountable for substantially half of the volume of debts owing at the Kootenay Lake General hospital at Nelson, the hospital board adopted a resolution ordaining that in future no Doukhobor will be admitted to the institution without payment in advance.
