BUNGALOWS TO BE RENTED - TOURIST PARK CLOSES SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15.-
City Council set the closing date of the City Tourist park to the
tourist trade as at October 15. Effective October 16, the tourist
bungalows will be placed for rental at the following rates:
1-bedroom bungalows, $35 per month
2-bedroom bungalows, $45 per month.
These rates include the bungalows with present furnishings other than
bedding, utensils, television sets and refrigerators. However, if tenants
require refrigerators, the rent of same will be $2 per month. Television
rentals, if same required, will be $15 per month. Rental rates must be
paid in advance, with $25 deposit required at time of application,
insurance against damage, returnable when rental is terminated. Each
bungalow is metered, and tenants will be required to apply for electrical
services in the usual manner.
Trailer rates will be $15 per month, with electrical service metered.
