Movie World News: 0052.0649

A very pleasant evening was passed at the home of Mrs. G.B. Willis Friday evening last, the occasion being a shower for Miss Louise Kelsey, who is leaving soon to become the bride of Mr. Pearles L. Small, an electrical engineer in the employ of the Goldwyn Studios at Culver City, California.  There were about thirty present, all old time friends, who showed their good wishes by showering the bride-to-be with beautiful linens, china and silverware.  Music was the order of the evening.  Mrs. Willis and Mrs. A. Williams were hostesses.  Little Florence Williams and Master Walker Williams presented the basket, which was covered with white and decorated with red hearts.  At midnight the guests took their departure, all wishing the bride-to-be prosperity and happiness in her new home.
