The man with the mustache is Charlie James (he & his family lived in Moyie and had a son Stanley wife Hilda, came from England, he was Mormon); wearing the tie is Oliver Ortis, Foreman, on the right is Henry Peterman, the man in gumboots is Tom Walkelchick. Probably a railway crew on a speeder at Moyie.
