H.L. Frank: 0050.0991

            News comes from Butte, Montana, of the death of Hon. H.L. Frank.  He served in the Montana legislature and had been mayor of Butte.  During his latter years he engaged in coal mining in Canada, and established the town of Frank, near his properties.
