Fingal Smith Flies: 0050.0753

THE VOICE OF THE PEOPLE. –

Editor, Cranbrook Courier,

Cranbrook, B.C.

Dear Sir – I wish to thank you for your courtesy in referring to my first attempt as an aviator.  I am especially pleased to my kind friends, the owner, Mr. Baker, and the pilot, Mr. Gunnar, for their kind invitation to enable me to get so grand a view of Cranbrook and surroundings.  The ease with which we moved at so lofty a height was indeed a delightful experience.  With so careful and expert a pilot at the wheel, one may be assured of safety and speed.  A timid lady told me she would not go up in an airplane for a million dollars.  Less will give one a very pleasant sensation.
