LOCAL NOTES. –

            J. Morrison Clark, manager of the Railway Y.M.C.A., has been approached by several of the young men in town on the proposition of starting a physical culture class for the fall and winter months.  Mr. Clark has had considerable experience in this work, and has the matter under consideration.
