PROVINCIAL NOTES:

                Two enthusiastic young men at Trail paid $2.50 each and costs in the police court for honking their horns and creating as disturbance following a wedding.  Magistrate Noble Binns, in imposing the fine said that such unnecessary noises must be stopped.
