Auto Accident: 0050.0530

People along the Crowe were sorry to learn of the accidental death of Joseph H. Bricker, 57, prominent stock broker of Vancouver, who was killed in an automobile accident last week.  He came to Fernie during the construction of the railway in 1897 and for a long time was connected with the Crow’s Nest Trading company.  In those early days he was an enthusiastic football player, but took a part in all kinds of sport.  He leaves a wife and one son.
