CRESTON FARM PROPERTY [ad]

            I wish to dispose of eighty acres of land in the Creston District, situated approximately five and one half miles to the North East of the stations of Erickson and McNellie, being the West half of Sub Lot twelve of Lot 5592 G.L.  Would take two thousand dollars cash, or give terms to suit the purchaser; or twenty-five hundred dollars in part cash and balance in trade for horned cattle and baled hay; or I would give a five year lease of the property, renewable for another five years on the basis of lessee making certain stated improvements and paying all rates, taxes and assessments, lease to carry an option to purchase.  Indefeasible title.  If above not satisfactory, state your own terms.  Basil G.
