John McRae - Miner: 0051.0869

            Mr. John McRae has gone to work on his copper mine and means to ship a sample car load of his ore this year.  The copper ore assays from 25 to 65 p.c. and very fine stuff it is.  The smelting qualities are unexcelled, the last car load attracted much attention in Swansea smelting circles.
