Dais Mountain August 12, 1975. Located in the Athabasca River Valley between upper Chaba River and Warwick Creek. Jasper Park, Alberta Major headwater Athabasca River. Named by Interprovincial Boundary Survey in 1924. The mountain has a raised platform upon which the summit stands. First ascended in 1927 by Alfred J. Ostheimer, guided by Hans Fuhrer.
